By accessing and using Hottie Hair Salon's services, including our website, booking appointments, or engaging with our SMS communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

SMS Text Messaging Terms

Consent and Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages, you expressly consent to receive SMS communications from Hottie Hair Salon. This includes but is not limited to:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Promotional offers and special deals
• Salon updates and announcements
• Service-related communications

Message Details

• Frequency: You may receive up to 4 promotional messages per month, plus appointment-related messages as needed
• Timing: Messages are typically sent during business hours (10 AM - 7 PM PT)
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan

Opt-Out Instructions

To stop receiving messages: Reply STOP to any text message. You will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will not receive any further SMS messages from us unless you re-opt in.

Carrier Information

Supported carriers include all major U.S. wireless carriers: Verizon Wireless, AT&T, T-Mobile®, Sprint, Boost, Virgin Mobile, and others. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Appointment Policies

Booking and Confirmation

• All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in person
• Appointments are confirmed via SMS or email
• We reserve the right to confirm all appointments 24-48 hours in advance

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a 50% service charge
• No-shows will be charged the full service amount
• Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Late Arrival Policy

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment. If we can accommodate you, service time may be reduced to avoid delays for subsequent clients.

Service Terms

Consultation Requirement

All major color and extension services require an in-person consultation. This ensures the best possible results and allows us to provide accurate pricing and timing estimates.

Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days to discuss a resolution. Corrections must be performed by our salon.

Aftercare Responsibility

Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided. Failure to follow proper care may void service guarantees and affect the longevity of treatments.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service
• We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
• A 20% gratuity is customary but not required
• Service prices are subject to change without notice

Client Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
• Disclose all relevant hair history and allergies
• Follow all aftercare instructions
• Treat staff and other clients with respect
• Maintain appropriate salon etiquette

Limitation of Liability

Hottie Hair Salon's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Hottie Hair Salon and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
