Returns & Exchanges Policy

Standard Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unopened, unused items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

  • Items must be unopened and unused
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Holiday Extended Returns

For holiday orders placed between December 1st and January 1st, the return period is extended to 60 days from the date of purchase. All other return conditions still apply — items must be unopened and unused.

Late Returns — Store Credit

If a return is made after the standard 30-day window (or 60-day holiday window), store credit will be provided for the item, as long as it is unopened and unused. Store credit does not expire.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. Final sale items are clearly labeled at the time of purchase. Please review your selections carefully before completing your order.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us using one of the methods below. Have your order number or receipt ready.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
