All orders ship via USPS. Shipping is available to all 50 US states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship internationally.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Pacific Time on business days (Monday–Saturday) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 5 PM or on Sundays are processed the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. You will receive a USPS tracking number via email once your order ships.

Pickup orders are typically ready within 1 business day. You'll receive an email or text notification when your order is ready.
Some products available at our salon locations can be ordered online and shipped directly to you. These items are on display in our stores for you to see and touch in person, and can also be purchased online with home delivery.
On-display-to-order products follow the same shipping rates and delivery times listed above.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress with the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
