I was looking for a new stylist and am sooo happy I found Sophia! I took out my I-tips to let my hair rest from the extensions and Sophia completely revived my hair! She cut my hair, and gave me a balayage with a few tape in extensions around my face because of the breakage from my previous I-tips to make it look flawless. I never thought I would be confident enough to rock my natural hair until Sophia brought my hair back to life. The products she used on my hair made my hair so shiny and healthy again! Thank you so much Sophia, you’re the best! 🫶

I met Kimberley… Sophia… and Hannah at Hottie Hair. It was my very first experience with this Franchise… yes … they are BIG. And why? From the beginning after I booked online…. The salon contacted me by text. Asking to know more about my needs before I arrive. Impressive to say the least. I was confused about the address… I’m from South Africa 🇿🇦. So yah. Anyway … they immediately got back to me with the address and time of my appointment and who my hair technician would be. I highly appreciate that. Because we came from a Harley Davidson Motorcycle Tour. I had 19 days of helmet hair. Touring with Crossroads Motor tours. Is was awesome to say the least. But my hair was complaining…. Kimberley… All I can say … besides the fact that I really admire you very ladylike sense of style. You looked lovely. But more importantly… you were friendly made me comfortable after I only had to tell you what I needed ONCE. After that… you worked magic with that skilled handset of yours. From the wash … oh that wash / s…. Colour on point … Blowdry and flat ironing. You executed. I left happy and feeling brand new. My hair never looked better. Not from a stranger anyway. You know how it goes when you travel. My hair is important to me. And treated it as such . Thank you Kimberley. Keep the momentum going. And thank you for my little exit gift. You guys are awesome. Nice chats too. It was nice meeting you. If I could I would market you left right and centre. Awesomeness. I highly recommend Hottie Hair Salon.
