Jenna is amazing! I've been going to Jenna for my tape in hair extensions for a few months now. However I took my teen daughter to Jenna because my kiddo wanted her done before her senior year began. My kiddo and I have sensitive hair. My princess wanted blue highlights and so I took her to Jenna. I have had bad experiences before with other salons, with my hair. Now im taking my baby to get her hair done. Obviously I was worried. Jenna was so amazing she did a great job with my daughters hair. Jenna was honest and she made sure my daughter's hair was safe. Lol she got her blue highlights as she wanted and her hair is beautiful 😍 Thanks Jenna. Jenna is amazing.

Had my roots done by Jenna at Hottie Hair West Charleston and honestly the color looks so natural you can't even tell it's not grown in. She really knows her stuff and made me feel super comfortable the whole time.
